Meet Rokoyia Roper-Lee
Owner of Safe Space MHCS

Rokoyia has had the pleasure of serving with some of the most selfless individuals in the United States Army, for 13 years and deployed 3 times. She received her undergraduate degree at William Carey University in Psychology in 2014. She went on to complete her first deployment that year. She then after utilized her degree to land a position as a HR director in one of the biggest nonprofit organization’s.There she discovered a love for helping others and identified the need for mental health as well as lack of resources. That led her to deciding to pursue a career in therapy. She then went on to obtain her Advanced Clinical Practice Master of Social Work from Walden University. She has over 9 years of expertise working and providing mental health services.
Her level of expertise range from adolescents, individuals, couples, veterans, crisis management and case management.

She created SafeSpace MHCS to provide an avenue to bridge these gaps by providing quality and easy access to Mental Health Services and Resources. She truly believes, “ You deserve to celebrate not only who you've become, but who you could have been and fought like Hell NOT to Become!” You deserve Safe Space.
